About us

The Borgo Shop loosely builds on the successful project of the Borgo Agnese restaurant that is also located in the Ann Terraces building in Kopečná Street, Brno, managed by master chef and co-founder Michal Prachař since 2008.
This very cozy establishment sells Italian and other goods that can be mainly characterized as first-class homemade food such as chilled pasta, baked goods, jams, pâtés, chocolate truffles, ice cream and other products. In this way, the restaurant uncovers some of its secrets and allows customers to purchase and cook from the same ingredients and products used in their favourite restaurant.
